Hi, I'm Ash

Ash & Hound was created from a strong belief that pet care should feel personal, attentive, and genuinely reassuring. Leaving your dog in someone else's care can feel daunting, and I set out to offer a service that prioritises trust, consistency, and calm so that you can feel confident your dog is in safe, capable hands.

Why "Ash & Hound"?
The name Ash & Hound is a simple play on words, combining my name with a nod to dachshunds, a breed I've long had a soft spot for. Their character and charm helped shape my appreciation for dogs and continue to influence the thoughtful, individualised care at the heart of my work.

Based in inner-city Brisbane, Ash & Hound is intentionally designed to feel less like a transaction and more like leaving your dog with someone who genuinely cares. I am Pet First Aid certified, police-checked, and fully insured, ensuring both professionalism and peace of mind.

When I'm not caring for clients' dogs, you'll likely find me exploring local markets or enjoying Brisbane's dog-friendly cafés.
